New Hostěradice premises

2017

Purchase and reconstruction of a new production facility in the village of Hostěradice, expansion of production and warehouse space by about 100% compared to the original facility in Miroslav.

New robotic welding workplace

2019

In order to increase production efficiency for larger series we have built our first robotic welding workplace. We weld both black materials and Aluminium alloys. Dimensions of working machines is 1 × 3 m.

Construction of powder paint shop, expansion of wet paint shop

2019

Complete new powder coating technology, including chemical pre-treatment for aluminium and 2 blast boxes. The wet paint shop was extended to two painting boxes including a separate grinding workplace.

About Our Company

Areal Miroslavské strojírny

After its establishment in 1994, the company partly continued the original production of machines for the food industry, over the next years the program was expanded to include machines and technologies for the textile and glass industry and machines for manufacturers of insulating materials.

As part of further modernization and development of the company after 2008, new technology was acquired for sheet metal processing and the company started to supply products for customers in the rail vehicle industry.

These were mainly products and sheet metal weldments used for air conditioning of trains and weldments for electrical components.

By further gaining experience we have expanded the company with certification for welding and bonding of rail vehicles, ie. EN 15085 and DIN 6701.

Gradually, the production for rail production has become the main production sector of the company. In 2017, the company expanded to include new production facilities in Hostěradice and production capacities were expanded.

In 2019 a new paint shop was put into operation and we became self-sufficient in the field of surface treatment of our products.

Our main business customers are long-standing partners from both the original fields of business, such as Saint-Gobain and Huhtamaki, as in recent years, the rail vehicle industry, Liebherr Transportation, Knor-Bremse, Siemens, Cegelec, and Secheron.

Currently the company employs more than 135 employees working on a production area covering 8 000 m2.

  • mechanical pre-treatment (two blast boxes 6000 x 4500 x 4000 mm) blasting by stainless granulate for blasting of aluminum and stainless materials, blasting by steel grit for blasting of ferrous materials (surface roughness after blasting 25 micrometres).
  • upon request of the customer we provide special surface treatments from certified companies (eg KTL, various forms of passivation, galvanizing, tinning, anodizing, etc.)

Projekt je realizován v rámci Operačního programu Podnikání a inovace pro konkurenceschopnost.
Předmětem projektu je modernizace současných výrobních možností společnosti za účelem zvýšení soběstačnosti ve výrobním procesu.
V rámci projektu dojde k pořízení dvou technologických zařízení. Jdedná se o nákup 3D měřícího souřadnicového přístroje a 5osého obráběcího centra.
Realizace projektu je stanovena od 14.1.2016 do 30.6.2017.

Projekt je spolufinancován Evropskou unií.
